Det gikk fint å leie ut ill Emmanuel. Bompenger ble ikke registrert automatisk og han glemte å legge tilbake bilnøkkel. Men alt dette ble ordnet i etterkant. Bilen ble også vasket før tilbakelevering. 👍

A bit complicated since Emmanuel couldn’t use the app, and mileage was not correctly input on delivery.

Ryddig fyr.

Hyggjeleg og presis. Men brukar ikkje appen.

A reservation for 1 day. Customer informs that he might want an extension for second day. Asks for an extra day in a timely matter and I accept the request. So far so good. Day 2 - Got a phone call as car owner that the car is illegally parked. Bit annoying an hour after going to sleep. Contacted the customer and all gets sorted. Except for - turns out he can't deliver the car at the agreed upon time he self had chosen while extending the rental agreement. Agree to deliver it later the same evening. Evening comes and there's nothing until 1AM the next morning saying he was tired and therefore didn't deliver the car back. Two more extensions of the rental agreement none of which were made before the previous agreement had already ended. Very long response times. All this together makes it almost impossible to plan my time as I have no idea when the car will came back. For the car owners who value their time and don't desperately need the cash would recommend to avoid the customer in question. Otherwise - did get the car back in one peace. With a scratched rear bumper though. He didn't try to avoid responsibility and the damage is being taken up with Nabobil.no insurance company.

Nice guy, but he had not rented a car before so the car was delivered back not clean, and some back and fourth with the delivery back of the car. Going probably to be better next time :)

Alt gikk smertefritt med Emanuel, selv om jeg er på tur😉 Leier gjerne ut til han igjen😄

No problem to rent out my car to Emanuel, and I would gladly let him rent it again. He was on time and the car was clean and in the same shape as when he picked it up.
